Film making is considered a good business in the media industry. To make a good movie, a producer has to invest millions to ensure a big hit. The challenge remains for how much revenue they can get from the alloted movie budget.

The Avatar still holds the highest earning movie approximately at $2,782,000,000.00 followed by the top 14 most expensive movie Titanic (1997) approximately at $2,185,000,000.00.
